Engagement with T4P on Social Media

In order to increase public participation and transparency of transport planning, Transport4People is active on the Social Media platforms Facebook and Twitter. We believe having an open dialogue makes T4P better and we therefore encourage all ideas but also constructive criticism and concerns.

Here are some examples of the engagement of our Twitter followers. People are voicing concerns, opinions and ideas.

If you would like to see the entire discussions, more tweets or Facebook posts, please visit us on Facebook and Twitter. But even if you are not on social media, there are more ways to engage with T4P and share your ideas with us.

When ideas about how to improve transportation in Ohangwena, Omusati, Oshana and Oshikoto reach us, we include them on the T4P website. You can view all ideas here: http://www.transport4people.com.na/ideas If you would like to comment on these ideas, you can easily set up an account on our website using a valid email address. Simply follow this link: http://www.transport4people.com.na/user/register A T4P account also allows you to comment on all articles on the website and leave us your questions.

On our social media accounts, we share news updates from our project, general information about road safety and transport world-wide, and especially in Namibia. We also share selected newspaper articles about transportation. Join us! Moreover, we are tweeting results from our newly released Scoping Study under the #NamTransport on Twitter.
